Description:
Manufactured in 1981. This fully automatic, fully transferable Colt AR-15 SP1 features a short 12 inch barrel with attached Advanced Armament Corp. flash hider/suppressor adaptor, AAC 556-SD suppressor, Midwest Industries machined aluminum quad-rail handguard, vertical forward grip, A4 pattern rail-top upper receiver with Aimpoint PRO red-dot sight, standard maker, model, and serial number markings on the left side of the magazine well, three position selector with hand stamped “AUTO” marking, BCM Gunfighter tactical charging handle, textured and contoured pistol grip, and Magpul CTR six position collapsible buttstock. Includes a second A1 pattern upper receiver with 14 1/2 inch barrel, birdcage flash hider, standard post front and two-leaf adjustable rear peep sights, fixed carry handle, and no casing deflector. Magazine absent. The extra bolt carrier is hand scribed “SP1 55271 J.E.C”.

Rating Definition:
Very fine as professionally converted to fully automatic with 98% of the matte black finish remaining, some light handling marks, and visible firing residue on the adaptor. Stock and grip set are very fine replacements. Mechanically excellent. Extra upper is excellent with light handling marks.
